Kelleher, III President Jack joined Kelleher Construction Company in 1974, after several years of service as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. As President of the Kelleher Construction Company, Jack takes a personal interest in every job the company undertakes. Jack’s record as a leader is not only apparent in the success of his business, but is also evident in his many civic activities. His substantial community involvement is a testament to the depth of commitment he consistently demonstrates in all of his professional relationships. Richard W. Southgate, Jr Vice President of Operations Rick joined Kelleher Construction Company, Inc. in 1980 and has over twenty-five years of construction related experience. He serves as Vice President of Operations for Kelleher. Rick has also served as senior project manager, project superintendent, and estimator during various stages of his tenure at Kelleher. As Operations Manager, Rick has direct oversight of project staffing, procurement, and scheduling of activities occurring on our project sites. He is highly analytical in his assessment of work force and scheduling requirements. Rick fully understands the intricacies involved with the remodeling of internal spaces. Rick is well versed in working closely with the client and design team to keep the project on schedule while maintaining a safe working environment for all building occupants and workers. Miles N. Gattenby Vice President of Pre-Construction Services Miles has in excess of seventeen years experience in the field of construction management serving in the capacities of chief estimator, senior estimator, project manager, and assistant superintendent at various stages throughout his career. He is well versed in the technical complexities involved in the construction and renovation of multi-family residential, healthcare, industrial, retail, and office structures. At Kelleher, Miles spearheads all estimating, pre-construction, and procurement related efforts. He also works closely with Kelleher's operations department to ensure a successful project through careful programming, scheduling, and preparation of detailed documentation considered vital for proper field coordination and implementation. Miles utilizes strong analytical skills, a working knowledge of the construction management process, and an extensive historical cost database to prepare comprehensive cost estimates working from preliminary space studies, schematic plans, or fully designed documents. |
