Condensate Polisher Facility, FPL Energy Seabrook Station

Kelleher Construction Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Condensate Polisher Facility for FPL Energy Seabrook Station in Seabrook, NH is nearing completion.  Construction began in November 2003 and is expected to finish two months ahead of schedule in May.  The 5,300 sf pre-engineered steel building will be used to house condensate water treatment equipment for the Power Station.

The stringent security qualifications and clearances dictated by the power facility are a hallmark of this project.  Security forces worked long and hard to inspect and escort 20 concrete mixer trucks to the secure site, for the pouring of the facility’s concrete floor.  

Key subcontractors for the project included Barnes Buildings and Management Group (pre-engineered building supply and erect), Ebacher Fire Protection, Cranney Electric, Cranney HVAC and New Hampshire Glass.  Kelleher self-performed sitework, concrete formwork, and flatwork.
