Westford, MA- Kelleher Construction Company, Inc. of Beverly, MA is providing general contracting services for the interior demolition and renovation of a 9,000 square foot retail space located at the Westford Valley Market Place II, in Westford, MA.  Once demolition of the existing single retail space is complete, four new individual retail spaces will be created for the MarketPlace. 

The renovation of the existing retail space will include the reconfiguration of below slab plumbing systems to accommodate for the additional bathroom units needed in the newly subdivided tenant spaces.  New storefronts and the installation of rated demising partitions, which form the four individual retail spaces, will also be completed as part of the renovation.       

Kelleher was selected by project management firm, A.A. Burns & Company of Medford, MA.  Peter Quinn Architects of Cambridge, MA is the project architect.  Kelleher Construction Company, established in 1912 provides pre-construction, general contracting, and construction management services to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients throughout New England.
