Kelleher Construction Company Selected by Kindred Healthcare as Construction Manager for new Ledgewood Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center Physical Therapy Addition
Beverly, MA- Kelleher Construction Company of Beverly, MA has been selected by Kindred Healthcare of Louisville, Kentucky to provide pre-construction and construction management services for the construction of a new, 3,400 square foot addition to the Ledgewood Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center located on Northeast Health System’s Beverly Hospital campus. The goal of this project is to create a dedicated physical therapy space for the rehabilitation center. The addition will also incorporate new offices, bathroom and shower facilities, a gathering room, and training kitchen.
On Friday, May 27th 2005 a groundbreaking ceremony for this project was held. In attendance were representatives from Kindred Healthcare, Ledgewood Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, Northeast Health System, and Kelleher Construction Company.
Ledgewood Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, a joint venture of Kindred Healthcare and Northeast Health System, accommodates 123 patients and residents on the campus of Beverly Hospital and offers both short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care.
