Kelleher Construction Company Selected by Grosvenor Healthcare Limited Partnership as General Contractor for Grosvenor Park Nursing Center’s Occupational and Physical Therapy Center Renovation

Salem, MA-   Kelleher Construction Company of Beverly, MA has been selected by Grosvenor Healthcare Limited Partnership of Winchester, MA to provide general contracting services for the renovation of Grosvenor Park Nursing Center’s existing 870 square foot occupational and physical therapy facility.  The goal of the renovation project is to improve the functional flow of patients and staff throughout the therapy space.  The interior renovations will include creating a dedicated training kitchen, centrally locating storage space, and expanding offices which will be complete with custom cabinetry.  Construction began in mid-November and it is anticipated that the project will be completed in January 2006.

Marchant, Quincy, MA.
