Construction Management Services
As a construction manager, CM, Kelleher is responsible for:

• Monitoring the construction budget 
• Creating and maintaining project schedule via critical path planning and continuous oversight
• Assisting in design development, construction, project closeout phases
• Managing all trade contractors, trade budgets, and trade labor schedules
• Coordinating all subcontractor and vendor invoice payments
• Providing comprehensive closeout manual, including all technical information, building systems warrantees, and as-built drawings
• Training project owner on building systems and maintenance issues

Kelleher, as a CM, coordinates weekly project meetings, provides continual project updates, and ensures the free flow of information between the jobsite and management team.  Together, these elements allow Kelleher to effectively execute and deliver a project on time and within budget.

General Contracting Services

As a general contractor, GC, Kelleher is selected independently of the design team and is the designated contractor responsible for all phases of project construction and scheduling all subcontractor trades and labor.
